Steve is the best, was fantastic to work with. He is very knowledgeable and personable. The entire process from the beginning till closing went without a hassle. He will make sure that you get the best deal. He challenged the seller and the title company to resolve any issues before closing, they did. Steve is excellent when it comes to replying and keeping you up to date on the status. He always replies within a minute or two. There were no surprises at closing. All the numbers at closing was exactly what Steve had said it would be, even lower. I did the entire loan process through email and phone call. I would definitely recommend Steve for anyone who is looking at getting a loan.

I havent closed the loan with him yet but I will... just have to sell my house first. What a wonderful experience this has been. Steve is candid and upfront about any and all fees. He was able to get us a rate much lower than the other banks I contacted, and he saved me about $2k in closing costs and fees. He was also very pleasant to do business with. Im very happy we found him on Zillow.

Steve has been fantastic. He has given me some good advice, answered all of my questions without any pressure, and has some of the lowest fees and rates. I would highly recommend him. Many of the lenders on Zillow use an automated quote system, sending you crazy low rates and then not able to fulfill them. Steve is a real person who responds to your emails and answers the phone when you call.
