Start gathering your checklist and get ready for loan
approval.
Below is a list of information that will be needed for
your approval.
About you:
- 2010 and 2011 W-2 statement.
- Pay Stubs covering the last (30) thirty days.
- (1) most recent monthly bank statement with
your name, address, and account number.
- If self-employed, signed 2010 and 2011 Form 1040
Federal Income Tax Returns with all pages and schedules.
- Photo ID
For purchase:
- Copy of the purchase and sale agreement.
- Copy of short sale approval letter.
- Copy of inspections.
- Name of your real estate agent.
For refinance:
- Copy of your owner's title insurance policy
for re-issue discounts.
- Copy of your survey
