Conforming-Jumbo

As authorized by the Economic Stimulus Act of 2008 and to help serve more borrowers in many high-cost areas, we are introducing Conforming-Jumbo Mortgages effective:

starting April 1, 2008 for 15 and 30 year fixed-rate mortgages.
We are now accepting applications.

Single-family residence loan amount increase for the following counties:
(all other Florida counties remain unchanged at $417,000)

Broward: $423,750	Collier: $531,250	Manatee: $442,500	Monroe: $729,750
Miami-Dade: $423,750	Palm Beach: $423,750	Sarasota: $442,500	Seminole: $442,500

Program Notes
Summary Guidelines

Property Type: One-unit attached or detached, including condos and PUDs. Manufactured homes are not eligible.
Loan Purpose: Purchase and Regular Refinance. Cashout not eligible.
Documentation: Full documentation of income and assets
Maximum financed properties: Limited to 4 financed properties
Restrictions apply.
