I should be closing with him in a couple weeks. This guy never stops working. I think I first contacted him through Zillow on a Sunday night, and he got back to me the same evening. This was about a month ago and whenever I email him, I will receive a response almost always within an hour (usually 10 minutes). His closing costs were the lowest of the three mortgage brokers I contacted. I would definitely recommend him to anyone. Dan Harmon. Plant City FL

What can I say but WOW! I first "spoke" to Steve via e-mail and he was very responsive and answered all my questions quickly and professionally. Then, when I was trying to beat a deadline and get an offer in on a house before the Christmas holiday, I spoke to Steve on his cell phone while he was Christmas shopping and a few hours later I had a pre-qualification letter to go with my offer. I am most likely a couple months away from closing since I am bidding on a short sale, but when the time comes, Steve will be my first call!

Steve is the best, was fantastic to work with. He is very knowledgeable and personable. The entire process from the beginning till closing went without a hassle. He will make sure that you get the best deal. He challenged the seller and the title company to resolve any issues before closing, they did. Steve is excellent when it comes to replying and keeping you up to date on the status. He always replies within a minute or two. There were no surprises at closing. All the numbers at closing was exactly what Steve had said it would be, even lower. I did the entire loan process through email and phone call. I would definitely recommend Steve for anyone who is looking at getting a loan.
