| Thank you Steve and Jacki, I got stuck in traffic
yesterday afternoon on the "Howard Franklin
Causeway" in the middle of Tampa Bay, 3
accidents, a 5 mile x 5 lane parking lot
surrounded by water!. Wouldn't you know it,
I missed the closing!
Luckily I found an access
under the the bridge and was able to turn
around and escape, but not until the Harley
overheated and killed the battery. Luckily I
was able to push it and get it going. So I
closed this morning, finally.
You resent the loan
documents the next morning with the new date
and didn't charge me any extra. I didn't
expect that.
You were great and I can't
thank you enough for all your efforts. Next
time I need a mortgage, I'll be calling and
refer anyone that asks.

Hi Steve:
We refinanced out home with you in
2007 and can't say enough
good things about the way that deal went. We are happy
with the rate, about 5.7% fixed, and we even upgraded
the house a lot. We are considering getting a HELOC to
replace a leaking tile
roof. Do you think a Home Equity LOC is the way to go???
